First to explain the reason I wrote this article. I have been wagering on the net or at land based casinos for a great many years. I have learned, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are bankrupt. Particularly if you’re on a winning streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and still on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you’re just having a blast until you start to be aware of your defeats and the anguish sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you feel sick in your belly and the more you attempt the faster you lose.
When you notice that you’re ahead, remain on the UP! When you start to be beaten, do not say to yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and again and again, trust me, this logic RARELY ever functions. Say you’re betting on slot games, have a bankroll set to the side before beginning your action. DO NOT exceed that limit, no matter how alluring. If you happen to succeed, put that in a separate cup. Do not spend your wins no matter what. Once you have gone through your original set limit, stop. Leave, regardless if it is on the internet or at a brick and mortar casino, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there is going to be a different day, another time.
Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t manage the cost, don’t even start.
